July's Event Review

It was a classically sticky July evening, with plenty of reason to get out and take advantage of the plentiful air conditioning in Tarrytown's wonderful stores and restaurants.

Down on South Washington Street we were entertained by the Boys and Girls Club dancers and the little ones enjoyed some "Monkey, Monkey Music' from Meredith LeVande. Hudson Hand Painting came out to introduce themselves and provided all comers with some tremendous face painting. There was live music on offer at Coffee Labs and Y-Dance created a community body sculpture!

At the bottom of Main Street the ribbon was cut on the new Village Hall and there was a free Jazz Forum Arts concert in Pierson Park.

See you all next month.
